SUMMARY:The power of personal boundaries
DESCRIPTION:We invite you to a practical workshop on recognizing and strengthening healthy personal boundaries. This workshop is dedicated to those of us who feel overwhelmed by the number and weight of daily tasks and who are afraid to say NO without feeling guilty.\nIulian Micu\, personal development counselor\, uses practical tools and applications to help and support you in this sensitive area of relationship boundaries. The workshop is followed by three group meetings\, in which topics of interest will be explored in depth and\, in particular\, various real-life situations faced by those who choose to participate in this workshop and then in the support group meetings will be discussed.\nParticipation is based on a donation of 80 lei.
