We want our activities to contribute to restoring human dignity and healing wounded souls. We dream of a society where people know their value and identity. In this way, they will fulfill their calling and purpose for which they were created, bringing added value to the place where God has placed them.

BAZA GHILGAL is a dream that was born in my heart from the desire to see people restored, with healed souls, living their lives in freedom, with dignity, and knowing their value and purpose for which they were created. nbsp;I want to put my experience at the service of my fellow human beings and, through the work of this NGO, be present and active, contributing to the common good of society and creating opportunities to invest our resources in helping others to meet specific needs.
At Ghilgal Base, we are developing an organizational culture in which empathy, collaboration, partnership, respect, and love for our fellow human beings are the forces that drive us forward.

Nothing brings you more happiness than a life lived with meaning. And we achieve this when, through our actions, we are useful to those around us and our efforts become a contribution. For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to help those around me progress in the areas they desire. I strongly believe that education and love are two key elements that can truly transform the world we live in.
Now, as a mentor and consultant, I want to contribute to fulfilling the vision and mission of the foundation I am part of. I believe in people’s ability to determine their own future, and I believe that by working together, each of us striving for the good of those around us, we can make the world a better place.
Marius Buțincu

I am one of the elders of Logos Church in Oradea. I am passionate about reading and the embodiment (contextualization) of faith. I graduated from the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Petroșani and several Bible schools.
My favorite quote is: “When Jesus paid the price for redemption, He paid the full price for both personal salvation and cosmic restoration. The key to our personal salvation, as we know, lies in the revelation of God’s love through His Son. The key to the restoration of creation lies in us, God’s redeemed children, who now work with Christ to bring about transformation.” Allan Plat (City changers, chap. 3)

We are a Christian organization whose mission is to contribute to the common good of society. We work to restore human dignity and want to invest in the younger generation and disadvantaged communities. We aim to establish a Christian counseling and personal development center. We also want to participate in joint projects with other organizations that have similar visions.
