Art therapy workshop

We invite you on a creative and healing journey, where art becomes the language of the soul and emotions are expressed through color. The workshop consists of four meetings, held once every two weeks, to give you time for reflection and integration between sessions.

Each meeting has a different therapeutic theme and artistic technique through which you will be able to express what words cannot always convey. You don’t need any artistic experience; you just need openness to explore and courage to express yourself.

Participation in the workshop is based on a donation of 100 lei per meeting. The money raised will be used to support the Be Free project

, which helps people who are addicted to alcohol (but not only) and their families.

The workshop is led by artist Evelina Bondar, an extraordinary person who knows how to see the colors we each carry in our souls.

What you will receive in this process:

– A safe and confidential space where you are listened to and understood. – Guided creative activities designed to bring clarity, emotional release, and healing. – Reflection breaks between sessions to allow the process to work within you. – The opportunity to rebuild a clearer and stronger image of yourself.

Frequency: 1 meeting every 2 weeks
