We want to develop the Leaders of the Future program, dedicated exclusively to teenagers, because we understand the importance of equipping the younger generation with leadership skills. Our future depends on the leaders we will have, which is why we want to contribute to the development of responsible, well-trained leaders who understand their mission and act on the basis of real and meaningful values.
By developing leadership skills, teenagers can build a solid foundation that will serve them well throughout their lives. Equipping teenagers with leadership skills has numerous benefits for their personal and professional development. Here are 13 of them:
